Effective: 14 May 2026Public previewSouth Africa aware

Using the website

These Terms apply when you use BondaPet public websites, preview pages, investor pages, contact forms, early-access forms, demo request forms, and related public content.

You may use the website only for lawful, honest, and authorised purposes. You may not interfere with the website, submit misleading information, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service in a harmful way, impersonate another person or organisation, or use the website to harm pets, owners, vets, breeders, rescues, service providers, or BondaPet.

Preview status

Parts of BondaPet may be public preview, beta, early access, or not yet generally available. Preview content is provided to explain what BondaPet is building and may change before launch.

Features described on the website, including LifeID, care reminders, adoption continuity, breeder trust, rescue workflows, veterinary booking, insurance pathways, pet services, and investor information, may be updated, delayed, limited, or removed as the product develops.

Forms and communications

When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. BondaPet may use submitted information to respond, qualify the enquiry, manage the lead in HQ, send confirmation emails, and maintain an audit trail.

Submitting a form does not guarantee access, investment allocation, partnership approval, onboarding, veterinary service, insurance cover, adoption approval, breeder verification, or any commercial relationship.

Content ownership

BondaPet owns or licenses the website design, logos, brand assets, copy, product concepts, interface patterns, and other content unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from BondaPet content without written permission.

Who we are

BondaPet is building a connected digital ecosystem for pet identity, LifeID records, care continuity, adoption and rescue workflows, ethical breeder trust, veterinary and pet-service coordination, and platform safety.

For these pages, BondaPet means BONDAPET (PTY) LTD (202627124207), the BondaPet platform, public websites, forms, digital products, and related services operated by BondaPet or its authorised team. BondaPet's registered address is 166 Galley Rd, Pretoria, Gauteng.

Important pet-care disclaimer

BondaPet is not a substitute for a veterinarian, animal health professional, emergency service, insurer, legal adviser, or regulatory authority. Information on BondaPet may help organise care context, but it is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency response service.

If a pet may be ill, injured, lost, unsafe, or in distress, contact a qualified veterinarian, emergency clinic, rescue organisation, or relevant authority immediately.

Privacy and personal information

BondaPet aims to process personal information responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws, including South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), where it applies. POPIA is administered by the Information Regulator of South Africa.

We may process information such as names, contact details, organisation details, pet-related context, adoption or breeder context, support messages, form submissions, technical metadata, security events, and communication preferences. Where the platform processes pet care, owner, clinic, breeder, rescue, or service records, access should be role-based and limited to the purpose for which the information is needed.

We use information to provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries, manage early access and demo requests, protect platform trust and safety, send relevant communications, maintain audit trails, support legal compliance, and coordinate authorised workflows across the ecosystem.

Security

BondaPet uses reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect platform data. Public forms are submitted through server-side routes, include abuse controls, and are intended to prevent direct public read access to lead data.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users and organisations must keep account credentials secure, restrict access to authorised people, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access or incorrect data.

Third-party services

BondaPet may connect to or rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, database providers, email providers, analytics, payment providers, insurers, veterinary partners, breeder or rescue partners, and pet-service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, and eligibility rules. BondaPet is not responsible for third-party services except where required by applicable law or a written agreement.

Changes

BondaPet may update these terms as the product, legal requirements, or ecosystem changes. Updated versions should be published on the website with a new effective date.

Contact

Questions about these terms, privacy, or data requests can be sent to BondaPet HQ through the official website forms or the contact email published by BondaPet. A dedicated privacy or information-officer contact should be added once formally appointed.
