BondaPet.com does not provide veterinary, medical, emergency, insurance, legal or financial advice. If a pet may be ill, injured, lost, unsafe or in distress, contact an appropriately qualified professional or authority immediately.
You may not use BondaPet™ to submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised information; compromise security; misuse another person’s information; or act in a way that could harm an animal or another person.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BondaPet™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the public website, unavailable content, third-party services or information submitted by users.
Nothing in these conditions excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
BondaPet™ means BONDAPET (PTY) LTD (202627124207), its public websites, forms, products and authorised team.
BondaPet™ aims to process personal information responsibly and in line with applicable privacy laws, including South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), where it applies.
We may process information you choose to provide through our contact and newsletter forms, together with limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
